20 Minute Post-Partum Happy Hips

This is a restorative post-partum yoga class ideal for mamas in the first few weeks after giving birth otherwise known as the 4th trimester*. This class is designed to give you space to breathe and just be with special focus on relaxing the pelvic floor and releasing your hip flexors; both muscles are commonly tense and tight post-birth. Take this class after an exhausting day (or night) or whenever you are stressed and need a breather post-partum and beyond.
