These days, she teaches Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Postpartum yoga classes online, with the intention to uplift, empower, and hold space for her students. She believes that functional movement is integral to a healthy life and that yoga is an accessible practice for anyone and everyone. Mariana’s classes are structured to fit you and your needs.
