Pre-Natal Zoom Flow

This is a 1-hour class that is designed to connect you with your power as a mother. You need this in so many levels mama- from relieving your pregnancy aches and pains to managing maternal stress and to preparing for labor and birthing. Celebrate the miracle that your body is performing at this special time. You will leave class feeling refreshed and energized.

Valid for one live class of pre-natal yoga via zoom. Non-refundable but transferable and re-bookable for up to 24hours prior to class. 

It is advisable to begin exercise on the 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Please ensure you have secured your doctor's medical clearance to exercise before joining.
