This is the perfect class for women who are adjusting into motherhood. This is a safe space for you to get to know your body again so you can feel connected and empowered. This is a 45-minute class that include meditation, pranayama, low-impact cardio and exercises that can soothe and manage your aches and pains common in the post-partum period.

It is advisable to begin exercise at least 6 weeks to 3 months after giving birth (depending on your delivery and recovery). Please ensure you have secured your doctor's medical clearance to exercise before joining. First timers are required to come 15 minutes before class.

This booking is valid for one live class of post-partum yoga via zoom. Non-refundable but transferable and re-bookable for up to 24hours prior to class.
