A session can include aroma therapy, remedial massage, stretch therapy, acupuncture, and cupping therapy, and/or lymphatic drainage. Kevin has extensive experience treating prenatal and postpartum women in Hong Kong and the Philippines. He is known for his movement therapy and hands-on manual therapy techniques.

She is certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Ashtanga Modified Primary Series, Prenatal Yoga, and Postpartum Yoga.

Private Class with Trina
Trina Sotto is a wife, a full-time mom, and a Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Postpartum Yoga teacher. A yoga student since 2003, she is a believer of mindfulness and a consistent “off-the-mat” yoga practice. As a teacher, she aims to help women as they go through the journey of pregnancy and motherhood. Drawing from her own experiences as a yoga student and as a mother, her classes are inclusive, relatable, and accessible. When she’s not on her mat, you’ll likely find Trina searching for recipes she’ll likely choose not to follow when she actually starts cooking.
