A session can include aroma therapy, remedial massage, stretch therapy, acupuncture, and cupping therapy, and/or lymphatic drainage. Kevin has extensive experience treating prenatal and postpartum women in Hong Kong and the Philippines. He is known for his movement therapy and hands-on manual therapy techniques.

Her classes are playful, dynamic and will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and empowered. Currently, she is sharing her practice online to mothers across the globe- in Asia, Australia, Europe and the U.S.

Chelsea is a certified yoga instructor with expertise in Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Postpartum yoga.
Drawing from her personal experience as a mother of two, she understands the transformative journey of pregnancy and motherhood. Her Prenatal classes offer a safe and supportive space for expectant mothers to connect with their changing bodies and cultivate a sense of calm in preparation for childbirth, while her Postpartum sessions aid in both physical and emotional healing, as well as strength rebuilding.
Beyond her certifications, Chelsea infuses her classes with warmth, encouragement, and a genuine commitment to the holistic well-being of her students.
